.DISCUSSION...
Daily chances of showers and thunderstorms are expected this
week. Widely scattered coverage is expected today, increasing
each day to more widespread activity mid to late week with locally
heavy rain possible. Minimum afternoon relative humidity values
below 30 percent remain possible along the Rio Grande and southern
Edwards Plateau through today before moisture increases
throughout South-Central Texas by Thursday. Winds this week are
expected to be out of the east-northeast as a weak surface
boundary moves into the region, with near calm and variable winds
each night.
