.DISCUSSION...
Increased moisture ahead of a cold front in North Texas will allow
for isolated showers through this evening and again Wednesday
afternoon across South Central Texas. Minimum humidity through
Thursday will range from 30 to 50 percent, then drier air returns
late week into the start of the weekend dropping humidity into the
20 to 35 percent range. Winds stay generally light but there could
be enough flow with the drier air Friday and Saturday for local
elevated fire weather conditions east of the I-35 corridor. This
region has seen an uptick in small grass fires as well due to the
lack of significant rainfall over the last month or two.
