.DISCUSSION...
Chances for rainfall and below normal temperatures will continue
today through the weekend. Rain chances will stay most favored
for areas along and east of the Interstate 35 corridor where
atmospheric moisture remains highest. Wetting rains are likely
across parts of our area and some minor flooding is possible,
especially across areas that got the most rain over the past few
days. Daytime humidity will be lowest in Val Verde County into
next week, but generally will remain above 30 percent each day.
High pressure returns across the area early next week with wetting
rains becoming spotty and mainly near the Coastal Plains early
next week. Temperatures trend back to above average from Tuesday
through Friday of next week.
