.DISCUSSION...
Breezy northeasterly wind this afternoon of 10 to 20 mph may overlap
with minimum relative humidity values of 25 to 35 percent south of
Interstate 10. Isolated elevated fire weather conditions are
possible through this evening, but cooler temperatures and improved
soil moisture should mitigate impacts. Wind remains under 10 mph
Thursday with minimum humidity generally 30 percent or more across
the area. Moisture returns Friday and over the weekend, with an
upper level disturbance bringing a low chance of wetting rains over
the weekend.
