.DISCUSSION...
There is a good chance of shower or even a thunderstorm through
9 AM, but the chance of a wetting rain is probably less than 20
percent. Rain chances should go more isolated midday and increase
again in the late afternoon and evening. Late tonight, expect
widespread wetting rain chances to begin. Winds should be a
predominant southeast breeze of 10 to 20 mph with some gusts to
30 mph possible. In the midday hours, it will again be hot with
highs in the mid 90s with a heat index that could reach 102. With
all the onshore winds and tropical moisture moving in RH minimums
may struggle to fall below 50 percent.
