Southerly flow resumes this morning and continues increasing
throughout the day, however the moisture return will be slower
keeping minimum humidities in the 20s. Wind speeds are forecast to
increase to around 15 mph by late morning with gusts up to 30 mph
this afternoon. These wind speeds, combined with the low humidity
and dry to critically dry fuel moisture, will result in critical
fire weather conditions.
