.DISCUSSION...
Dry southeast winds are only about 5 mph but some gusts to around 12
mph are possible through dusk. Overnight winds will mostly SE or SSE
but could go light and variable as speeds will be mainly below 5 mph.
After the early evening dryness showing around 23 percent at 5 pm,
the falling temperatures will lead to a quick rise in RH to over 50
percent by 9 pm. Better moisture recovery is expected by daybreak
with RH values reaching 96 percent or better. More Gulf moisture
will be available for Saturday afternoon with an RH minimum around
40 percent. However, southeast winds tomorrow will be stronger with
the afternoon breezes in the 8 to 13 mph range with some gusts to
20 mph.
