966 FNUS74 KEWX 160153 FWSEWX Spot Forecast for 7-2025 Texas Floods...MO Task Force 1 National Weather Service Austin/San Antonio TX 853 PM CDT Tue Jul 15 2025 Forecast is based on forecast start time of 0500 CDT on July 16. If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION... Isolated thunderstorms still capable of producing locally heavy rain, gusty winds, and lightning may track north into Kerr County between 10 PM CDT Tuesday and midnight. A quick inch of rain is possible. Given saturated soils in the area, heavy rain rates can quickly produce runoff and stream rises. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 2 AM CDT early Wednesday morning. Rain chances decrease afterwards though low clouds are expected to increase close to sunrise. Mostly sunny conditions are forecast Wednesday with afternoon temperatures in the lower 90s and heat indices in the mid to upper 90s. Mostly sunny and dry conditions continue into Thursday with similar daytime temperatures and heat indices. Winds are expected to remain light and below 15 mph over the next two days, though gusty winds are possible with the showers and storms late Tuesday/early Wednesday. .REST OF TONIGHT...
