.DISCUSSION...A cluster of rain showers and storms moved nearby
and across the region of the wildfire within the past hour or two.
The highs earlier hit the mid to upper 90s but rain has cooled
nearby temperatures into the low to mid 80s. There will be some
slight warming prior to sunset before leveling off and then slowly
lowering into the early morning hours. The winds are temporarily
gusty from the south-southeast at area nearby observations as
result of the recent rain and storms. Winds should soon subside
and continue of a mostly light south to southeasterly flow through
the remainder of the period. Humidity levels after the rain are
currently in the 50 to 60% range, then expect for steady recovery
into early Saturday morning to above 90%. Saturday afternoon is
expected to be hot and mostly sunny with minimum humidity levels
as low as the 30% range. Forecast remains drier with perhaps a
stray shower possible but chances are expected to remain quite a
bit lower compared to what has occurred this afternoon.
