.DISCUSSION...
No rain is forecast within 50 miles of the wildfire location. Expect
near record temperatures and high heat index values of around 103
possible. Morning RH maximum should be close to 94 percent and late
morning drying will be slow at first with near 50 percent RH values
still through noon. Afternoon drying will accelerate with RH values
in the mid 30s by 3 PM and the minimum RH falling to around 30-33
percent. The winds should be mostly from the due south at 5 to 10
mph through around 2 PM with a SSE direction around 150-160 degrees
at around 10 mph in the late afternoon. Some evening gusts to 20 mph
are possible with most gusts occurring after 7 PM. Conditions will
be somewhat repetitive for tonight into Sunday with another high
heat day expected.
