Corrects previous flash flood report from 2
WSW Windcrest. Updated report as all missing
persons are now accounted for. Training of
thunderstorms with intense rainfall rates
occurred across the region. A swath of 3-8
inches of rain was measured. At least 15
vehicles were swept into Beitel Creek near
Loop 410 and Perrin Beitel Road area. There
are 11 confirmed fatalities in this creek.
Ten people were rescued and two others were
able to get to safety on their own.
