.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Winds and relative humidity values will remain outside of critical
thresholds.
A line of scattered showers moving south across central GA this
afternoon. These showers are associated with a frontal boundary
that will move south of the area tonight as high pressure builds
into the state from the North Friday and Sat. Rainfall totals
will mainly be light with most locations across central GA seeing
0.1" to 0.5" through tonight. A cooler and drier airmass moves
into the area beginning Thu and continues through the weekend.
Minimum RH values Fri, Sat, and Sun expected to stay above
critical thresholds with values remaining mainly in the 40% range.
Winds will be mainly out of the N to NE beginning Thu with speeds
in the 5-10mph range and some gust to 20mph Thu and Fri.
