.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity values remain outside of critical thresholds.
A few showers continue to linger across the northern fire zones
this afternoon that should come to an end tonight. 20 ft winds
will continue to be breezy with the occasional higher gust
through tonight as the remnants of Isaias continue to move past
north and central Georgia. Expect sustained winds of 5-10 mph
with gusts approaching 20 mph at times (and higher at elevation
in the north Georgia mountains).
Tomorrow will bring the return of sunshine across all fire zones.
RHs will drop into the 40s and 50s during the afternoon hours as
moisture continues to hang around the area. Mixing heights will
be 3- 5 kft depending on location. 20 ft winds will be from the
NW at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. Transport winds will also
be from the NW at 10-20 mph. Afternoon ADI values will be in the
40s and 50s.
