.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions through Thursday with rain chances less than 10%
before moisture returns are chances increase to 30-40% for Friday.
Min RHs will increase from 35-45% today to 45-55% Thursday and
finally to 55-65% on Friday. Winds will stay primarily out of the
east/northeast at 5-7mph and low end gusts up to 15mph through
Thursday before turning southerly on Friday evening. Mixing heights
up to 5500-6000 ft are forecast through Thursday before rain chances
and incoming lower clouds drops them to 2500-3500ft.
