.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather will continue in Georgia today. Relative humidity
values will bottom out in the 30 to 50% range this afternoon, with
the lowest readings in east central Georgia. The odds of relative
humidity values below 25% today are less than 20%. Wetting rainfall
should arrive in Georgia Sunday morning, with 0.10 to 1.00 inches
of rain possible by Sunday evening. The highest rain totals should be
confined to western Georgia. Winds will be from the south today at
4 to 9 mph, then on Sunday there will be a mix of northwest and
southwest winds (5 to 10 mph). Isolated lighting strikes could occur
on Sunday.
