.DISCUSSION...
Patchy dense fog is possible tonight into early Wednesday morning.
Some patchy areas of fog are possible Thursday morning, but mixing
and precipitation could limit development.
Skies are expected to become mostly by early to mid morning on
Wednesday, with mixing heights generally less than 3 kft. 20ft
winds will likely be less than 5kt tomorrow with transport winds
less than 10kt. Dispersion indices will likely improve Thursday
afternoon as any precip ends and low ceilings improve.
