.DISCUSSION...

Saturday will begin warm and humid with little to no morning
rainfall expected. While overall expected rainfall coverage on
Saturday has trended downward a bit compared to earlier forecasts,
scattered showers and thunderstorms are still expected during the
afternoon, peaking in coverage after 2 PM, though some showers
could develop as early as noon to 1 PM. Severe weather is not
expected, but locally heavy rainfall will be possible given the
very moist, tropical airmass that will be in place. Lightning will
also be possible in any thunderstorm. Outside of any showers or
storms, expect unseasonably warm temperatures in the 80s by the
afternoon with heat index values possibly peaking near 90 degrees.
Winds will be very light and southerly outside of any storms.
