.DISCUSSION...

Good morning, Anne-Marie. Humid conditions are expected at the venue
through most of the morning, with humidity values between 95-100
percent. With deep moisture Gulf moisture in place across the area
and a frontal boundary moving southward towards the state line,
numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected through
most of the daytime. Chances of thunderstorms are forecast to begin
diminishing after 7 PM, down to 20% by sunset and through the
overnight hours. Organized severe weather is not expected, though a
few storms could become strong and capable of producing frequent
lightning and gusty winds (30-40 mph), most likely during the
afternoon. Stronger storms will also be capable of producing heavy
rain, which could lead to isolated flash flooding concerns in light
of saturated soils from Friday`s rain. Coverage of precipitation and
increased cloud cover will help limit daytime warming, with
temperatures largely in the mid 80s in the mid to late afternoon.
Heat index values are forecast to rise into the low 90s in the mid
afternoon, as well. Temperatures will drop below 80 between 7 PM and
8 PM this evening. Winds will be S this morning at 3-5 mph, becoming
SW at 5-7 mph during the afternoon. These SW winds will diminish to
