.DISCUSSION...
Good afternoon.
Tranquil weather and mostly clear skies will prevail through the
forecast period. Near calm to light NE 20-ft winds can be
expected overnight. On Saturday, breezy northeast winds can be
expected as a cold front brings in a slightly cooler airmass. Even
so, clear skies are expected to prevail. Expect NE winds around
10 mph with gusts to near 20 mph through the day. Transport winds
will be NE at 12-18 mph, and mixing heights will peak at around
3800 ft. Minimum RH values will only dip into the mid-40 percent
range.
Little in the way of substantive change can be expected headed
into Sunday, though a few high clouds are possible Sunday morning.
Winds will likely be slightly breezier at 10-12 mph with gusts
over 20 mph possible through the day. Mixing heights Sunday are
forecast to be a bit higher, peaking around 4600 ft.
