Dry, breezy, and chilly conditions can be expected on Friday.
Temperatures will warm from the low-to-mid 30s at sunrise to the
mid 40s by 11 AM. High temperatures should reach the lower 50s by
afternoon. Gusty northwest winds can be expected through the day,
sustained as high as 10-12 mph with gusts up to 25 mph at times.
Winds will then gradually diminish after sunset. Skies will be
