.DISCUSSION...

Low clouds and patchy fog will be the main concern for the burn
site this morning. Low clouds (bases 800-1000ft) are likely
persist until at least 12-1pm this afternoon. Temperatures this
morning are in the 40s this morning and cloudy skies are likely to
keep a lid on rising temperatures initially. Relative humidity
will range from 80 to 90 percent by ignition time but are forecast
to be as low as 50 percent after 1pm. Winds are from the east at
4-8 mph; 20ft winds will behave similarly. Mixing heights will
only top out between 1-1.5kft given cloud cover this morning but
heights will rise to 3-4kft after 12pm. There may be a few
sprinkles this morning but wetting rainfall is not expected at
this time.

Please let us now if you have any additional questions or
concerns.
