Good morning!

Mainly dry conditions to start off the morning under mostly cloudy
conditions should continue through late morning. Rain chances will
be increased today as a frontal boundary settles into the area.
Expecting showers and thunderstorms to begin affecting the area
~12pm-1pm this afternoon and continuing through the remainder of
the afternoon and evening into sunset. Expecting these summer
like pop ups to be more widespread today. The main threats will be
gusty winds, frequent lightning, and especially heavy rainfall
that could lead to flash flooding concerns. Your high temperatures
today will be in the low 80s with light easterly winds.

For Saturday, expecting a similar pattern to Friday with increased
rainfall chances as the weak boundary is stalled over the area.
Best timing for Saturday will be 3-7pm although showers could
affect the area as early as 1pm.
