.DISCUSSION...

Quiet weather is expected at the burn site today. The main challenge
will probably be the winds which will be light and variable through
the morning and early afternoon. More consistent but still light
southwest winds are expected after 2 PM. The winds will die down quickly
this evening and no fog is anticipated overnight. Mixing heights will
be good today, but smoke dispersal will be limited by the light winds.

For the back up burn day next Tuesday our forecast favors dry weather,
all though some wetting rainfall is possible over the weekend or on
Monday. Minimum relative humidity values should be near 50 percent and
mixing heights will be modest. Winds should be from the northeast at
2 to 8 mph. Smoke dispersion should be good.
