There is a 50 percent chance of a Wind Advisory for a portion of north Georgia Thursday afternoon. Confidence in an Arctic air mass impacting the Eastern U.S. early next week is high. Wind chills in the single digits or teens may develop in north and central Georgia Monday or Tuesday.
