A few showers and thunderstorms may continue across portions of north central Georgia before tapering off by the early morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday... Daily thunderstorm activity will occur through this week. Storm chances will be highest during the afternoon and evening hours each day. While the risk of severe weather is low, a couple of stronger storms are possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not requested but spotters are encouraged to submit reports of severe weather through the web by going to weather.gov/atlanta.
