            Roadway washed out sometime between the
            afternoon of the 28th and the 29th. Analysis
            of pictures and radar rainfall accumulation
            suggests the most likely time of around 4pm
            on the 28th. Total MRMS rainfall was only
            1.50 to 2.0 inches suggesting further
            contributing factors such as built up debris
            from recent drought conditions or failure
            around the drainage piping. Failure occurred
            on River Rd between Kings Bridge Rd and GA
            362.
