...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of western Spalding,
southeastern Fayette, northeastern Meriwether, Pike, northwestern
Upson and southeastern Coweta Counties through 815 PM EDT...

At 727 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Gay, or 8 miles
northeast of Greenville, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Up to 40 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to
         ground lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Griffin, Zebulon, Senoia, Brooks, Molena, Williamson, Turin,
Haralson, Gay, Concord, Rocky Mount, Starrs Mill, Hilltop, Lifsey
Springs, Birdie, Hollonville, Vaughn, Alvaton, Rover, and Digbey.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
