* At 443 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Rocky Plains,
  or 11 miles southwest of Covington, and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
