Temperatures are now above freezing and the threat for widespread ice
accumulations has ended. Travelers should still use caution as
isolated slick spot may remain on elevated surfaces like bridges.

...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Refreezing of roadways after significant icing with some
  very minor accumulations still possible. Winds gusting as high as
  30 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, north central, and northeast
  Georgia.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Impacts from ice accumulation are already
  being felt in portions of northeast Georgia extending into the
  Atlanta metro area. These impacts will expand through the morning
  hours across the warning area as ice accumulations continue to
  build.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Power outages will still be
possible, so continue to keep flashlights on hand.

* IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning
  commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
