.DISCUSSION...

Northwest winds of 5 to 12 mph this afternoon will diminish to light
and variable this evening. Lowest RH values this afternoon in the 30
to 45 percent range. A small area in the central Red River Valley
will see RH values drop into the mid 20s.

A weak upper level wave will approach the area late Wednesday into
Wednesday night giving a chance for showers and thunderstorms. Due
to isolated to scattered rain coverage, a widespread wetting rain is
not anticipated. Light winds Wednesday with lowest RH values in 30
to 40 percent range. Temperatures will warm back up Thursday into
the weekend. Lowest RH values though hold in the mid 30s to low 40s
percent each afternoon. Breezy northwest winds on Friday 10 to 25
mph.
