.DISCUSSION...
Rain today will continue to mainly impact southeastern North Dakota
into west central Minnesota. A wetting rain is anticipated near the
South Dakota border into Grant county Minnesota and southern
Ottertail county where chances of 0.50 inch or more are highest.
Behind the rain, a period of drizzle is possible. Winds today will
remain out of the east to southeast, 10-20 mph, gusting near 25 mph.
Minimum RH values should generally remain above 50 percent through
the weekend although a few localized pockets will dip toward 40
percent during peak heating Sunday afternoon. Lower RH values are
forecast starting Monday, in the 30-50 percent range.
Daytime temperatures stay generally near average, with maximum
temperatures in the 60s to 70s.
