.DISCUSSION...

Today will bring near critical fire weather conditions to northwest
and west central Minnesota this afternoon. Southeast winds
increase will increase to 10 to 20 mph, 25 mph near the Red
River.  RH values will drop into the 20 to 30 percent range across
the area and with dry fuels in most areas, near critical fire
weather conditions will develop.

Warmer conditions thru late week. South winds 10 to 20 mph Thursday
but dew point temperatures will be higher than today, and therefore
lowest RH values Thursday are forecast to be 45 to 55 percent.
Light north wind on Friday behind a front, with lowest RH values 40
to 50 percent.

Rain shower chances increase Saturday late afternoon thru Sunday.
