.DISCUSSION...
Winds south to southeast through this afternoon. The highest winds
will in the Red River Valley and areas to the west, generally in the
10-15 mph range. Minimum RH values today will fall into the lower 35-
45 percent range as temperatures climb into the 90s, especially in
southeast North Dakota. Similar RH values are expected for Sunday,
albeit with warmer temperatures and slightly higher dew points. RH
values Monday fall into the 25-35 percent range as cooler (lower
90s) and drier air moves into the area. Although there is a low
chance for thunderstorms Sunday, overall rainfall potential is low
across the next several days.
