.DISCUSSION...
Rain today will affect southeast North Dakota into west central
Minnesota, with the rain mainly along and south of a Valley City to
Fargo to Detroit Lakes to Park Rapids line. A wetting rain is
anticipated near the South Dakota border into Grant county Minnesota
and southern Ottertail county where chances of 0.50 inch or more are
highest. Winds will increase today out of the east to southeast, 10-
20 mph, gusting near 25 mph in southeast ND.
Minimum RH values should generally remain above 50 percent through
the weekend though a few localized pockets will dip toward 40
percent on the day to day. Lower RH values are forecast starting
Monday next week, closer to 30-50 percent range.
Daytime temperatures stay generally near average, with maximum
temperatures in the 60s to 70s.
