.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms are expected once more this afternoon and
evening. Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph, with periodic gusts around 35
mph will decrease this evening. Winds will shift to the west-
northwest by Tuesday and increase further, with gusts greater than
45 mph expected mainly in northeast ND and the northern Red River
Valley of MN. RH values today will remain over 50 percent, with RH
as low as 30 percent Tuesday afternoon mainly in the southern Red
River Valley and parts of west central Minnesota where highs may
reach the middle and upper 80s.
