.DISCUSSION...
Lowest RH values this afternoon may fall below 40%, however most
locations should remain above 40%. Winds from the northwest 10-15
mph, with periodic gusts to 20 mph are expected to become light
this evening as high pressure builds into the region. Breezier
conditions are expected Monday as a front moves into the region, with
winds shifting to the southwest as the front approaches then
northwest behind the front. RH values should remain higher Monday
(above 50%) with RH values once again falling near or below 40%
Tuesday and Wednesday.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected Monday as
a front moved through the region, however rainfall amounts outside
of thunderstorm activity will be (less than 0.1"). The highest
coverage will tend to be midday through early evening from southeast
ND and across west central MN. There are low chances for showers or
thunderstorms Tuesday and again Thursday into the weekend, however
the actual chance for wetting rain is very low with these fast
moving systems and conditions for many locations may remain dry into
the weekend
