.DISCUSSION...

A west to northwest wind today much lighter than on Friday with
speeds up to 10 mph.  Winds turn southeast late tonight.  Low
pressure developing in Montana will track northeast into southern
Canada and look for a quick increase in southeast winds Monday with
gusts over 35 mph in Devils Lake basin.  Then winds turn west on
Tuesday with gusts 40 mph or higher in Devils Lake basin and west
winds 15 to 35 mph elsewhere.

The next system arriving Monday will bring a period of rain showers.
Widespread rainfall between a few tenths of an inch to three
quarters of an inch expected.

Minimum RH values this afternoon 30 to 45 percent.  RH values the
rest of the week will be higher.
