Much cooler air moves in this afternoon into Wednesday.  Gusty north-
northwest winds on Wednesday to 30 mph within the Red River valley.
Rain chances are high Thursday for northeast North Dakota into
northwest Minnesota ahead of another front.  Temperatures early
Thursday morning will be in the low to mid 30s in northwest
Minnesota with risk of frost.  RH values will remain near or above
50 percent each afternoon thru Saturday.
