.DISCUSSION...

For today, winds will be out of the east, under a sunny sky. No
precipitation is forecasted. Overnight, winds will remain out of
the east/southeast. Winds will pick up a bit and become gusty on
Thursday, with direction remaining out of the southeast. This
consistent east to southeast wind takes the potential hazmat plume
to the west, over mainly rural areas of southern Pembina County.
