.DISCUSSION...

Look for generally cold and mostly dry conditions through the
remainder of the day and into Wednesday. Light snow is possible
this afternoon and evening, with little to no accumulation
expected. Minimum RH values will be in the 70-75 percent range
this afternoon under mostly cloudy to overcast skies. Southwest
winds prevail this afternoon at 10-15 mph, but will shift to the
west, then the northwest late this evening and overnight. As winds
shift to the west, they will decrease, but will increase once
more once the northwest shift has occurred, generally in the range
of 10-20 mph.

                    early in the afternoon, then chance of snow
                    early in the afternoon. Snow likely late in the
                    afternoon.
