.DISCUSSION...

Winds initially this evening will be primarily from the east
sustained between 5 and 10 knots but may shift gradually to
southeastward through the mid-evening hours. By the overnight
hours, winds will be heavily driven by where thunderstorms form
and how they interact with the environment. If storms don`t
affect the wind pattern at the surface too much, expect generally
light and variable winds overnight, but if they do impact winds at
the surface, expect erratic directions with increases in wind. If
thunderstorms that do develop tonight become severe, wind gusts up
to 75 mph can be expected.

As we progress through the morning tomorrow, lingering showers and
thunderstorms will exist near the burn site, however the intensity
should be diminishing. Winds will intensify from the north and
generally be between 5 and 15 knots sustained, gusts up to 20.
Smoke from Canadian wildfires will continue to linger at times
through tomorrow, with peak forecasts generally around mid to late
afternoon for the burn site area.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (45-55 percent) then becoming
                    partly cloudy (40-50 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms in the evening, then
                    showers with thunderstorms likely overnight.

Max humidity........100 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........East winds 5 to 10 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms in the evening.
