A winter storm continues to impact southeast ND with areas of
light to moderate snow, mainly in the morning. Snow rates and
coverage decrease midday into the afternoon, however winds and
blowing snow chances increase. The system shifts east and
southeast of the region this evening and snow, blowing snow, and
winds should all diminish.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (90-100 percent). Patchy blowing snow in
                    the morning, then areas of blowing snow in the
                    afternoon. Light to moderate snow..
Max temperature.....Around 22.
Min humidity........84 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Breezy. East winds around 15 mph shifting to
                    the northeast late in the morning, then
                    shifting to the north 20 to 25 mph late in the
                    morning. Gusts up to 39 mph late in the
                    afternoon.
Mixing height.......1900 ft AGL.
Mixing winds........Southeast 15 to 20 mph shifting to the
                    northeast 20 to 25 mph late in the morning,
                    then shifting to the north 25 to 30 mph in the
