.DISCUSSION...
Cloud cover will be on the decrease today, with highs in the 50s
and minimum RH values in the middle to upper 30 percent range.
Winds remain out of the northwest at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts into
the 20 to 25 mph range. The strongest winds will span the time
from mid morning through early afternoon, then diminish as the
afternoon progresses. Winds will gradually shift to the north late
this afternoon, then to the northeast this evening.
