Winds will increase from the southeast through the morning. Snow
will overspread the burn site at some point after noon but before
3pm. Snow rates heavy at times. By late afternoon winds will
become more easterly, and then more northerly by midnight.

                    flurries late in the morning, then snow in the
                    afternoon.
