This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

Wind Chills as low as 25 below zero tonight into Thursday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Several additional weak clipper systems traverse the area through
the middle of next week. Light snow and periodic gusty winds are
possible, primarily in northwest Minnesota and the northern Red
River Valley.

Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Wind Chills as low as 25 below zero tonight into Thursday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A southeastward moving clipper system will bring a period of snow
to parts of northwest Minnesota Thursday into Thursday evening.
Snowfall mostly under 1 inch, locally up to 2 inches around Lake
of the Woods.

Several additional weak clipper systems traverse the area through
the middle of next week. Light snow and periodic gusty winds are
possible, primarily in northwest Minnesota and the northern Red
River Valley.
