significant standing water and some running
water in ditches but no sign of water over
roads. Homeowner compared this to a moderate
spring flood in terms of impacts with full
ditches and water up to barns. Onset time
estimated from radar/MRMS with 4-5 inches
having fallen at this point compared to only
about 2 at the previous hour.
