* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures with parts of northwest Minnesota
  seeing temperatures below 28 thru sunrise. Not as cold near the
  Red River.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west
  central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
