Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Windy. South winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to
3 feet. Clear. Lows 41 to 46.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the west
10 to 15 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 2 feet subsiding
to 1 foot or less in the afternoon. Sunny. Highs in the 60s.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...North winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or
less. Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 40s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Windy. South winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to
3 feet. Clear. Lows 39 to 44.
.THURSDAY...Breezy. South winds 15 to 25 mph decreasing to 10 to
15 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet. Partly sunny.
Highs 55 to 65.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds around 10 mph shifting to the
northwest after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly cloudy in
the evening then becoming partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 40s.


For Lake of the Woods...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Breezy. South winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 2 to
4 feet. Mostly clear. Lows 42 to 47.
.THURSDAY...Breezy. South winds 15 to 25 mph decreasing to 10 to
15 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet. Mostly sunny.
Highs 55 to 65.
