Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Light winds becoming northeast around 10 mph in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly sunny early in the
morning then becoming mostly cloudy. Highs 35 to 45.
.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet after midnight. Slight chance of rain
early in the evening. Snow in the late evening and overnight.
Patchy blowing snow early in the morning. Cloudy. Lows in the mid
20s.
.TUESDAY...Windy. North winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
Patchy blowing snow. Snow, cloudy. Highs 25 to 35.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Light winds. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny early in the
morning then becoming mostly sunny. Highs 35 to 45.
.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Cloudy. Lows in the lower 30s.
.TUESDAY...Breezy. North winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet in the afternoon. Snow through the day.
Patchy blowing snow late in the afternoon. Cloudy. Highs in the
30s.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...North winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly
sunny early in the morning then becoming partly sunny. Highs
35 to 45.
.TONIGHT...Light winds becoming northeast 10 to 15 mph in the
late evening and overnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Cloudy. Lows
around 30.
.TUESDAY...Windy. North winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
Chance of snow through the day. Patchy blowing snow late in the
afternoon. Cloudy. Highs in the 30s.
