For Devils Lake...

.REST OF TODAY...Windy. Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts
to around 35 mph increasing to north 20 to 30 mph in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less building to 3 to 5 feet in the
afternoon. Chance of showers through the day. Slight chance of
thunderstorms late in the morning. Cloudy in the morning then
becoming partly sunny. Highs in the 60s.
.TONIGHT...Breezy. Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 to
3 feet. Partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy.
Lows around 50.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly cloudy. Highs 65 to 75.
