aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Breezy. North winds 10 to 15 mph increasing to
15 to 25 mph early in the morning. Waves 1 foot or less. Areas of
smoke. Mostly cloudy in the evening then becoming partly cloudy.
Lows in the upper 40s.
.WEDNESDAY...Windy. North winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
Areas of smoke early in the morning. Mostly sunny. Highs in the
50s.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to the
southwest after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly cloudy in
the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the lower 40s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

2 feet. Isolated showers through the night. Mostly cloudy. Lows
