Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Windy. Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
Slight chance of showers until afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Highs
75 to 85.
.TONIGHT...Breezy. Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 to
3 feet subsiding to 1 foot or less after midnight. Chance of
thunderstorms through the night. Chance of showers in the late
evening and overnight. Mostly cloudy. Lows in the mid 50s.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Chance of showers until late afternoon. Mostly cloudy in the
morning then becoming mostly sunny. Highs in the 70s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly cloudy early in the morning then becoming mostly sunny.
Highs in the 70s.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly cloudy. Lows in the lower 60s.
.MONDAY...South winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly
sunny. Highs 65 to 75.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...East winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly
cloudy early in the morning then becoming mostly sunny. Highs in
the 70s.
.TONIGHT...East winds around 10 mph shifting to the south after
midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly cloudy in the evening then
becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the mid 50s.
